1. Bring Your Own Backdrop
often times, setting up the backdrop takes the most time for the Photo Booth company. If you have your own backdrop already set up either the day of or the day before your event it can help speed up the entire process which will make it so you need to book less time. You can find great backdrops on Etsy or make your own. If you want to order a vinyl backdrop we highly recommend using a company called signs 365.
You can send them your design and they will print out a vinyl backdrop and get it to you usually within 2 to 3 business days. Alternatively if you have a more flowery event that you’re planning let’s say a wedding or bridal shower you can create a beautiful flower back drop by going to your local art supply store and getting a large amount of fake flowers. Pick up the flowers and hot glue them to a large piece canvas, this is one of our favorite types of backdrops but it is heavy and hard to set up. When you have the backdrop already in place it will make it way easier for your photobooth company to get setup quickly saving you time and money. They will have pretty much any color you need and can deliver within 2-3 business days as well. If you are on a tight budget and need to get a cheap photobooth backdrop fast go to a fabric store and pick out 2 yards of golden colored fabric. These will work surprisingly well in a pinch.
